Refund Policy
Eligibility for refunds:
Refunds are available for prepaid towing or roadside assistance services that are canceled before a driver has been dispatched.
Refund timeframe:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of the original service date.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation.
Refund methods:
Refunds for payments made through Square invoices will be issued back to the original payment method used.
For cash payments, eligible refunds will be issued by company check and will be sent to mailing address provided by customer.
Exceptions:
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Completed service calls (e.g., towing, jump starts, tire change, or fuel delivery)
- False service requests or situations where the customer is not present at the scene after dispatch.
- Delays caused by traffic, weather or conditions beyond our control.
