Note: We remove battery and take it to a nearby shop for testing. A store travel fee applies. Customer is responsible for any shop testing fees and the cost of a replacement battery if needed.

Difficulty Fee $20.

Note: A difficulty fee may apply for hard-to-access vehicles, stuck components, safety risks or situations requiring additional time or labor.

Wait Time Beyond 15 Minutes

Note: A waiting fee will apply if service is delayed by the customer for more than 15 minutes after the technician arrives.
